Little Snappers App - Customer Portal
We're so excited to introduce our new Little Snappers branded App customer portal.
Below are just some of the exciting features:
Book makeup classes
View student progress reports
Make payments
View account ledger
Register & book new family members
View & change your booking
Notify future absences
Cancel bookings
All existing customers already have an account created for them under the email address you provided at signup.
If you are a new customer (never attended lessons or do not have an upcoming booking), please create a new account.
ACCESS CUSTOMER PORTAL
There are two ways to access the Customer Portal - by Downloading the Little Snappers App or Viewing on an Internet Browser via iClass Pro.

Choose your Swim School location
Existing Little Snappers Customers If you are an existing customer, an account has been created for you using the email address you provided at signup. You will need to create a password to login.
Click LOG IN (do not click "Create Account")
Click FORGOT PASSWORD - You will receive an email to change password and complete the account set up
New Little Snappers Customers If you would like to become a customer of Little Snappers Swim School and review our schedule and book and pay online, please create a new account. Alternatively, you can call the swim school and we can assist you with your booking.
Click CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Follow the prompts to create your new account.
You will now be able to browse our schedule, add your children and request a booking.
