NEW FAMILIES
Welcome to Little Snappers Swim School! We're so happy to have you and your family!
For some of you, swimming lessons have been a long tradition in your family and you feel confident in knowing what to expect. For others, swimming lessons are a new experience and you may have some questions!
This step by step guide is here to help you transition easily into your new swim school.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to one of our friendly staff members!
We look forward to guiding you and your little one towards a life long journey with water.

PARENT PORTAL - download & login to the parent portal using the Little Snappers App or web browser. If you have contacted us before you most likely already have an account. Just select Forgot Password. Download the app here.
2.
WAIVERS - Complete your waivers in the Parent Portal. This must be done prior to your first swimming lesson!

PAYMENT CARD ON FILE - Add your Billing Details to your Parent Portal. This is a condition of your booking. All accounts must have billing on file.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES - Read our FAQ section here and familiarise yourself with our payment policies, billing cycles, makeup lessons and cancellation policy.
4.
PREPARE - Let Reception know if you have any questions, concerns or specific information about your child that will help us provide the best learning experience. You can text us here to ask questions any time too 0483 939 346

SWIM BAG - pack your swim bag! - Read our FAQ to learn more about what to bring!

ARRIVE - Its a good idea to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to settle in!
